With around 17 years of experience in the international cosmetics industry, Natalie brings expertise in global sourcing, brand development, cross-border trade and supply chain management.
Her career began in Miami, working across cosmetics purchasing, supplier relationships and international supply chains. She now leads European strategy, commercial partnerships, market development and operations, coordinating collaboration between Europe and the United States.
Attentive to the evolution of European skincare and beauty, Natalie values brand integrity, product quality and long-term potential. She believes lasting partnerships are built through professionalism, honest communication, mutual respect and shared growth.
